Pale yellow color with golden highlights.
Nose:
Very complex and harmonious nose, with notes of citrus fruits and white flowers, fine vanilla and the toasted touches of oak maturation.
Mouth:
Fresh, padded mouth, with a remarkable volume and a silky palate, very suitable to harmonize with gastronomy. Soft and persistent aftertaste, very juicy.
Operating temperature:
Between 9 and 12ºC.
Pairing:
It pairs perfectly with all kinds of soups and creams, fish, sushi, seafood-based rice and pasta dishes, mushroom risotto, white meats in light sauces, foie gras and soft cheeses.
