How do I track my order?

Usually when your order is placed, You will be assigned a tracking number. You may track your order at https://ecommerceportal.dhl.com/track

Is there any delivery option?

At the moment we only offer standard delivery (DHL), express delivery (lalamove), self pick-up and curbside pickup.

How long does standard delivery take?

Please allow 1-3 business days to process and ship an order. Once an order is processed and shipped, it can take 3-7 business days to be delivered depending on the product you ordered and delivery location.

Restricted Areas

We do not deliver to and within the vicinity of the following areas:

• Hospitals
• Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) 1 and 2
• Government buildings

Delivery Coverage

We currently do not deliver to East Malaysia and countries outside of Malaysia.
