We currently do not deliver to East Malaysia and countries outside of Malaysia.
We do not deliver to and within the vicinity of the following areas:
• Hospitals
• Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) 1 and 2
• Government buildings
Please allow 1-3 business days to process and ship an order. Once an order is processed and shipped, it can take 3-7 business days to be delivered depending on the product you ordered and delivery location.
At the moment we only offer standard delivery (DHL), express delivery (lalamove), self pick-up and curbside pickup.

or if you choose Express delivery, you will be assigned a Lala Move link to track your order.
We use Third-Party logistics to deliver your order.
We do not accept Cash on Delivery at the moment, but our team is working to enable this feature as soon as we can.
