The 2019 vintage Conqueror Cabernet Sauvignon, under the Dry Land Collection label, at Perdeberg Cellar. Produced with grapes from 18-year-old vineyards in the Perdeberg area. A perfumy berry nose. Some prune, vanilla and coriander. A rich and ripe fruit, full-bodied palate with firm tannins on a long smooth finish. The wine had 18 months oak maturation.
