Barbaresco DOCG
The grapes destined for the production of this wine come from vineyards located on hills with good slopes, characterized by mainly calcareous clayey soils, of medium texture, covered with quartz sands and very fine silt, able to bring an abundance of trace elements and guarantee a wide and immediate expression of the bouquet.

ORGANOLEPTIC
CHARACTERISTICS
The color is garnet red with ruby ​​reflections. The scent is intense, persistent, with a clear hint of fruit, rose hips and spices. The flavor is full, full-bodied, but, at the same time, harmonious and balanced, with sweet tannins, never too much in evidence.

GASTRONOMIC COMBINATIONS
It is the ideal companion for tasty first courses, pasta with ragout, agnolotti, red meats, roasts, stews, medium-aged hard cheeses.
