Nose
Ripe fruity character and red pepper. Complex.

Palate
Fruity and full-body wine. Soft tannins and acidity. Long finish.

Harvest
Finca Flichman’s 2019 harvest was a great one. Thanks to new techniques applied to the vineyards together with a good climate during the season, the results were exceptional: balanced plants with good production and excellent quality.
During spring, climate conditions were ideal to obtain a good bud brake and a perfect bloom. There weren’t any frosts nor rains during those critical periods. A proper pesticide application plan together with the absence of rains during veraison gave us the quality we were looking for.


Aging
50% of the wine is aged in stainless steel tanks. The other 50% of the wine spends 10 months in 225lt first and second use oak barrels followed by 6 month of bottle aging.

Appearance
Deep ruby red.

Smoked gouda cheese / Funghi risotto / Lamb with aromatic herbs and spices
