The 1987 Château Mouton Rothschild is a deep, elegant wine with a dark red color and notes of raspberry, cherry, leather, and humus. With 85% Cabernet Sauvignon, 8% Merlot, and 7% Cabernet Franc, it was the last vintage produced under Baron Philippe de Rothschild’s direction and features a label by artist Hans Erni.
