Introducing The Singleton Gourmand Collection, a trio of stunning single malts inspired by the art of master pâtissiers

The Singleton Gourmand Collection offers three 42-Year-Old whiskies. Each of the three whiskies in this collection was crafted to evoke the flavours of sumptuous desserts, with the Master Blender inspired by the craft and flavours of incredible patisserie.


The Singleton Gourmand Collection; irresistibly rich single malts meticulously matured and finished to create distinct flavours to each

allowing for an unparalleled single moment of indulgence; the three whiskies which make up this exceptional release include Notes of Fig & Chocolate Ganache, Caramelised Crème Brûlée and Black Cherry Gâteau. In the pursuit of exceptional richness of flavour in whisky, these single malts have undergone the longest secondary maturation in the history of The Singleton. The secondary maturation lasted 29 years, a groundbreaking length of time for The Singleton and the longest in its history; using three different types of American and European oak casks in combinations for each of these different malts.


This collection of single malts is the result of Master Blender Dr Craig Wilson and his team’s vision to combine exceptional craft with a pursuit of flavour, all with a mission to go on a delectable journey to explore the realm of taste in The Singleton.
