It reveals notes of juicy peach and small notes of juicy lemon , chalk associated with touches of lemon caviar, fi ne hints of crunchy white fruit s, a very discreet toasted hint , dried apricots , bee wax as well as an imperceptible hint of brioche and pepper. The palate is fruity, fresh, well-balanced and offers a good definition, juiciness as well as minerality as well as gourmandize. The effervescence is very fine, dynamic and offe r s straightness. On the palate this Champagne expresses notes of juicy/crunchy peach, juicy lemon and small notes of crunchy apple associated with fine touches of citrus/juicy quince, minerality, limestone as well as very discreet hints of brioche/sweet spices."
