Specially brewed with stone-ground matcha and gyokuro green tea leaves from the fields of Uji, Kyoto, an exquisite combination of sweet, aromatic and umami-rich notes are infused into Suntory's Kanade matcha liqueur. By soaking the freshly-ground tea powder into sake over long periods, the rich, earthy bitterness of each shaded tea shines with this liqueurs refreshingly crisp palate, giving it depth and a luscious, sophisticated taste that lasts right through its exquisitely mellow finish. Perfect as a unique aperitif or dessert wine, this liqueur is best chilled on the rocks, or mixed into cocktails for an uplifting Japanese twist.
