Barbados- Mount Gay Andean Oak Cask is single batch of rums double distilled in a traditional copper pot still, aged for 14yrs in ex-Bourbon casks and then finished for eleven months in virgin Andean oak casks. This wood imparts spicy notes, different from Mt Gay's traditional barrels.
