Louis Roederer added another brilliant vintage rosé to its ranks: the Brut Rosé 2014. It ties in flawlessly with the already existing range of renowned vintage champagnes of the luxury brand. It was pressed based on an assemblage consisting of 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay grapes. Afterwards it spent four years in the cellar. As soon as you open the bottle you will be greeted by a wonderful smell of flowers, fruits and gingerbread. The palate is characterised by velvety and mineral notes. It is best paired with fine dishes such as salmon, lamb and guinea fowl.
