Jikon Tokubetsu (1.8L)

A truly elegant sake that knows how to make an entrance. Like a mid-2000’s perfume ad featuring the latest starlet strutting on marble flanked by large floral displays and lots of shiny jewellery. Intense aromatics but perfectly balanced acidity, a medium-dry sweetness, more like a melon, less like a peach. This sake is only pasteurized once (where most are twice pasteurized) giving it a unique body featuring a sprinkle of ginger, both fresh and candied.
