Made with wheat alcohol,‘Gigi en Provence’ is a quintessentially Provençal
drink: alongside juniper, coriander, rosemary, olive oil, maniguette - also known as the «seeds of paradise»-; lemon zest and violet create a very aromatic and a surprising combination.


TASTING NOTES:

The nose immediately reveals an explosive floral scent of violet. The juniper and spices then take over, complemented by a lemony background.
Finally, and surprisingly, subtle olive notes appear.

On the palate, it is round and silky, rich in great aromas. Lemon and juniper dominate and are enveloped by the fresh flavours of rosemary and
coriander. The lovely long finish reveals maniguette and lemon zest… a heavenly taste.

With its impertinence and originality, ‘Gigi en Provence’ provides a fresh twist to the classic Gin & Tonic or Tom Collins, to which we recommend adding a basil or tarragon leaf.

And naturally, thanks to its discreet olive notes, it is perfect for a Dry Martini.
