This Wine is from 80% Pinot Blanc & 20% Pinot Auxerrois Grapes, harvested entirely by hand on the famous Ribeauvillé fault line that offers an incredible diversity of terroirs. This Wine is Vinified and raised in the bottle for a minimum period of 9 months, respecting the traditional vinification process. The bubbles are thin and delicate, pure and white flowers nose and typical mouth.
