This Gewurztraminer Late Harvest is a rich wine at the mouth feel as well as the nose. Rich and concentrated, this wine is not heavy at all thanks to its well controlled acidity which gives him a good length and balance. Have this Gewurtraminer Late Harvest with foie gras or a fruit dessert. Serve between 10 and 12°C. It should ideally be decanted 1 hour in carafe before serving to fully express its aromas. This Gewurztraminer can age easily more than 10 years.
