Aroma: Chalk, Barbeque, slight notes of Limoncello, white pepper, the Brine of seawater, hints of tar, and wet metal lurk in the background.
Palate: Full-bodied, with good alcohol integration for its age; bitterness from the peat; seawater with a metallic tinge; ash; seaweed the likes of konbu and nori; brine, honey, white pepper, menthol pastilles; liquorice.
Finish: Short, lingering notes of white pepper and sugar syrup; sweet and creamy; vanilla; briny umami & Oysters.
