The wine is made from hand-picked grapes Prosecco, which is grown in Piedmont on the old family vineyards Santero.
The basis for fine wine is filtered and cooled after pressing the grape juice.
The natural method of fermentation at a controlled temperature regime enhances the natural, fresh scent. Recommended serving temperature – 6-8 ° C.
