Stunning, this 70/30 Sauv Blanc/Sémillon Pessac is barrel fermented & aged 18m in part new oak. Pale lemon. Pronounced aroma intensity w. lovely richness. Peach, passionfruit, lemon zest, grapefruit & lime peel. Youthful w. superb integration of toasty vanillin from the oak. Creamy & yet zesty fresh. Dry. Very rich & creamy, silky w. wonderful passionfruit & pineapple w. lemon, lime & grapefruit. Rounded oak spice of nutmeg & vanilla w. buttery toast & key lime pie. M+ alc, high acid & a long finish.
