Soft butter and rich pastry tones of brioche and bread yeast and cream. Palate: Juicy, smooth and elegant. Delicious minerality tones, salt and chalk. Rich brioche and elegant green fruit. Great concentration, acidity and intensity. Beautiful mousse, albeit a little short. Long finish. Oh-là-là! Champagne par deluxe.
